There are a number of popular South African personalities who are known for their attention-seeking behaviour. Do they do it on purpose?
The South African entertainment industry is filled with many entertainers who are known to cause a stir when it comes to being in the public eye, but to what extent is it all for attention?
Whether it be Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, we are able to get a closer look into their lavish and 'crazy' lives.
There are a number of South African personalities who are known for their 'out there' behaviour.
We look at a few who are known for getting all the attention - whether it is asked for or not.
Kenny Kunene
Kenny Kunene has been known to cause a stir with his outrageous behaviour. Known for his lavish lifestyle and expensive cars, Kunene has always been a target when it it comes to social media.
Remember when he used to eat sushi off of naked women? That caused quite the stir!
Recently, he was involved in an alleged 'hit' in Johannesburg, but social media is branding that incident as 'staged'.

Khanyi Mbau
Khanyi Mbau's latest craze seems to be taking the social media world by storm.
Skin lightening has become the latest trend and Mbau has confirmed the use of these products. It is clear that the television host and popular socialite is well on her way to a 'lighter' body.

Nonhlanhla 'Skolopad' Qwabe
Popular South African entertainer 'Skolopad' is known for her outrageous outfits and behaviour on the red carpet at some of South Africa's most prestigious events.
At least she's having fun, right?
Craig Du Toit Nel
Craig is a South African internet sensation. He is a comedian, vlogger, and businessman.
He owns a lodge called 'Gran Momento', which hosts weddings and conferences.
Many think that Craig is a bit 'too much' when it comes to his social media posts.
If that's not enough, AKA and Cassper Nyovest have also had their fair share of 'Twitter feuds'.
The two are known to have 'beef' with each other and the South African social media population just loves to talk about it.
Cassper Nyovest even dropped a diss track titled '#Dust2Dust' aimed at the rapper.
