The Rocksburg Arm Wrestling Club was founded by Francois Bezuidenhout, and although the club has only been active for four months, they are already well on their way to developing a loyal group of lovers of the sport.
The club has already hosted the fourth SA Championships of arm wrestling - and it was a huge success.
Aside from trying to pin down your opponent, there are many different tactics and skills one can learn at the club in order to master the perfect recipe to becoming a true professional in the sport.
Always up for a challenge, and lovers of trying new things, Breakfast Show hosts Martin Bester and Tumi Morake pulled out their 'guns' and gave the sport a try.
Let's just say that Martin had some difficulty with keeping a serious face...
