Being the coach of one of the biggest teams in the world, and many waiting to criticise his performance, Erasmus is ready to lead the team to victory.
Breakfast Show host Martin Bester spoke to Erasmus about the importance of understanding the structure of a team before one begins to coach.
"The first thing when a new coach comes in, it takes a few months to understand the structure and then you have to work within that structure," says Erasmus.
What are your thoughts about Rassie Erasmus being the coach of the Springboks? Do you think he will lead the team to glory?
