Thief gets served a slice of karma from bystander
Thieves are constantly coming up with new ways to steal, but this scooter thief's intentions totally backfired...
It seems like London has a bit of a theft problem.
Bag and phone thieves riding by twos on mopeds and scooters have become more and more common in recent years, and people are starting to get pretty fed up.
On Sunday, dash cam footage captured a good Samaritan fighting back against a few thieves. In the clip, the car with the camera can be seen following two people on a scooter. They slowly approach a woman on the sidewalk, and manage to suddenly snatch her bag from her.
As the scooter makes its way back to the street, a bystander comes out of nowhere and tackles one of the thieves off the scooter, and the bag comes with them. The man and the bag both fall to the ground.
Even though the thieves managed to get away, they got away empty handed.
