The head of Dis-Chem clinics, Lizeth Kruger, joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to make hand sanitizers - watch the video below.
Following the first few reported cases of Covid-19 (coronavirus) in South Africa - Breakfast with Martin Bester invited the head of Dis-Chem clinics, Lizeth Kruger to the studio to show how we can make homemade hand sanitizers.

Earlier this month, Kruger told Martin Bester that they saw a spike in hand sanitizer sales.
What is the most effective hand sanitizer?
"A hand sanitizer must have some sort of alcohol in it. If it burns - you know there is alcohol in. Soap is the most effective way, however, you must wash your hands for 20 seconds," Kruger.
