We are on our phones 24/7 - but would you allow your boss to take your phone for using Instagram and Facebook too much?

Could you live without your phone? That is probably the most difficult question ever.
Most of us are addicted to our phones, even when we are at work. Martin Bester says there's a lot of information and news on his phone and he feels it is his right to have his phone with him.

A director of a company refuses to hire employees who do not hand in their phones when arriving at the office.
He implemented the policy after he saw how addicted his employees were.
