South Africa has reached the milestone of administering more than seven million COVID-19 vaccines.
It means South Africa now has a total of 2,691,078 fully vaccinated adults as of 29 July 2021.
Breakfast with Martin Bester spoke to an Associate at HJW Attorneys, Kimberley Tee, about the legalities around excluding unvaccinated people from places and more importantly, the workplace.

According to Jacaranda FM News, the Basic Education Department says it’s not responsible for the slogan making the rounds threatening to axe teachers and support staff who refuse to get the vaccine.
In a few countries abroad, establishments demand that you’ve been vaccinated before they will serve you.
Is it legal for your employer to demand you are vaccinated as a condition to return to the office?
