Cash-in-transit robbers not slowing down during lockdown

Gauteng police are looking for armed suspects who carried out a cash-in-transit heist in Kagiso on the West Rand.
The suspects targeted the cash van in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The suspects used explosives to gain access to the cash.
In the video, one can see the suspects fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of money, as well as a Mercedes-Benz burning.
CCTV footage surfaced on the internet of an intentional crash.
Shortly after, the public noticed bank notes on the floor and helped themselves to it, with the Mercedes Benz burning in the background.
According to Jacaranda FM News, Police spokesperson Brenda Muridili says the suspects, traveling in more than one vehicle, managed to flee with an undisclosed amount of money.
