Do you suffer from decision fatigue?

Should I go to the gym? Should I buy some bread? Should I go for drinks with friends? If you are more irritable and struggling to make decisions, you may be experiencing decision fatigue.
According to Eva Krockow, a lecturer at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, your brain makes 35,000 decisions each day. By the evening, you're exhausted, but you can't quite put your finger on why.

Chances are, you may be experiencing decision fatigue.
Decision fatigue is when it feels overwhelming to be faced with decisions, regardless of how large or small they are.

But how do you reduce decision fatigue?
According to research, you need to automate the number of choices you make each day.
- Wear the same types of clothes.
- Stick to the same breakfast.
- If you live with someone - split up some of the decision-making responsibilities so you don't need to think about certain tasks.
