'The biggest problem is corruption' - Energy expert Ted Blom on Eskom

Energy expert Ted Blom joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to share more of the current state of Eskom.
On Monday, power utility Eskom announced that it will implement stage 6 load shedding for the first time.
According to Jacaranda FM News, the utility's spokesperson Dikatso Mothae said that the heavy rains have caused coal handling and operational problems at some of the power stations.

Ted Blom is a senior energy and mining and commodities strategist and tactician. He joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to explain the current state of Eskom.
Blom is extremely disappointed in the state of our country, especially the current state of Eskom.
"The wet coal seems to be a problem. I'm not sure if that is the main problem - but the biggest problem is corruption," he said.
"For December, it's going to take a while. Load shedding will continue but it will not be normal. It will take a while."
