Sevens star Werner Kok sat down with Elma Smit to talk about how he will keep himself fit and happy while being isolated during the national lockdown in South Africa.
In an exclusive chat with Breakfast With Martin Bester's Elma Smit, Sevens star Werner Kok elaborated on how he has been keeping fit, lean, and happy - considering he's already been in isolation since the team returned from the Vancouver Sevens three weeks ago.

Kok also shared some of the perspective he's gained from having not only faced the cancellation of a whole host of Sevens tournaments this year, but also the Olympics this week.
