'Toll gate' forces drivers to pay R10 or R20 - or they burn your vehicle

There is a 'toll gate' between Groblersdal and Marble Hall that is extorting money from drivers.
Pictures are doing the rounds on social media of a 'toll gate' that is extorting money from drivers.
Drivers are forcefully asked to pay R10 or R20 by those at the 'toll gate'. If they do not pay - they threaten to burn the vehicle.

Reports say 12 of these 'toll gates' have been erected.
