American singer Meghan Trainor made jaws drop after stepping onto the red carpet at the recent Billboard Women in Music Awards.

Trainor shocked fans with her new slim appearance, highlighting a massive weight loss transformation.

The 'All About That Bass' singer showed off her new body in a short, see-through black lace dress paired with knee-high socks and kitten heels.

The 31-year-old singer received the 'Hitmaker Award' at the event in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

She also took to Instagram following the Billboard Women in Music Awards to address comments surrounding her weight loss.

"Feeling so honored to be recognized by @billboard Women in Music as a Hitmaker—what a dream," she started.

"But it's a little disheartening that so many of the questions (and comments) were focused on my body instead of my music, my passion, or the decade of hard work that got me here."

In her post, she confessed to using "science" to support her weight loss.

"I've worked with a dietitian, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my second pregnancy."

Despite the mixed responses to her weight loss online, she added that she is feeling great.

"Here's to celebrating talent, growth, and the power of putting yourself first. Let's keep shifting the convo to what REALLY matters."
