On Friday, February 14, pop star Sabrina Carpenter released the deluxe edition of her beloved album, 'Short N' Sweet'.

The expanded version of her album also included a brand-new rendition of her hit 'Please Please Please' – a country-western reimagining of the hit song with the legendary Parton.

Beyond her pop star status, the 'Espresso' singer also has an acting background that qualifies her for the job.

"Sabrina could absolutely play Dolly in a biopic," a fan commented on the Instagram video announcing the release of the new rendition of 'Please Please Please'.

Others joined in, writing, "YES" and "Oh my gosh, that’s all I can think about now."

To accompany the new version of 'Please Please Please', Carpenter and Parton also dropped a cinematic music video with a fun nod to the classic film 'Thelma & Louise'.

The video kicks off with newspaper clippings announcing that Carpenter and Parton are wanted fugitives, suspected of murder.

From there, they hit the open road in a dusty pickup truck, evading the police as they embrace their outlaw personas.

Unlike the fatal ending of 'Thelma & Louise', this duo manages to escape the law, adding another crime to their record – kidnapping.

The result is a thrilling, high-energy homage to female rebellion, set against the backdrop of twangy country instrumentals.
