Good Samaritan returns R2,000 found at ATM
Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
Yes, this happened right here in South
Africa, believe it or not!
Tolla Oosthuizen from Durban in KwaZulu-Natal visited the ATM to withdraw money to pay his bills on 30 March.
He had his grandson with him and became so distracted that he took his card and forgot the cash.
Two long hours went by before realising he was R2,000 poorer.
He realised it was gone when at home and quickly tried to retrace his footsteps.

Tolla told Martin Bester that on his way to the ATM he heard God say: “Trust in me.”
By the time Tolla arrived back at the ATM where he left his money, the unthinkable happened.
Take a listen:
Tolla has reason to sing the praises of Oscar, the security guard.
