A lot of people struggle with losing weight and USN is shining the light on the subject.
How do we commit and succeed when we take on a weight-loss plan?
In this episode, our panel discuss how small changes in your lifestyle can make a big difference, because these small changes build momentum. The panel also talks about common misconceptions surrounding weight loss and that people do not need to overdo it when they start a new regime. The most important factor is to start with exercise that you enjoy, this will in turn motivate you to take on more challenging forms of exercises.
