LISTEN: Joe Exotic releases new song from prison
Global TV sensation Joe Exotic has released a brand-new love song from behind bars.
Joseph Maldonado, better known as Joe Exotic, made headlines across the globe after his appearance in the hit Netflix show 'Tiger King'.
'Tiger King' exposed the underworld of big cat breeding in America.
The documentary follows Exotic, a zoo owner who spirals out of control, along with a cast of other eccentric characters, in a true murder-for-hire story.

Despite the heaps of entertainment the show offered, it also uncovered many deep and dark secrets, including illegal activities.
In 2019, before the 2020 release of 'Tiger King', Exotic was sentenced to 21 years in prison on 21 counts, including 19 counts of wildlife crimes and two counts of hiring hitmen to kill animal activist and fellow big cat enthusiast Carole Baskin.
While in prison, the larger-than-life character got engaged to 33-year-old fellow Texas inmate Jorge Marquez Flores.
In October 2024, he revealed that he had submitted a marriage application to the federal prison to wed his fellow inmate.
Flores, who is originally from Mexico, is serving time for immigration-related issues, according to Exotic's news release.
Now, from behind prison walls, Exotic has dropped a brand-new song, 'I Have Dreamed of You'.

The song, which Exotic refers to as "the most powerful lovemaking song ever written", was released on Spotify on Valentine's Day 2025.
The official YouTube video for the song features the TV star and his fiancé.
