Musician Juan Boucher shares all after he and his band member Rudolf Kleingeld were charged for contravening the Immigration Control Act on Saturday.

Musician Juan Boucher and his band member Rudolf Kleingeld were arrested on stage while performing at a music concert in Namibia on Saturday.

The pair was charged with "contravening" the Immigration Control Act in Namibia.

In August 2019, they both received visas to work and perform in the Outjo district of Namibia only. Unfortunately, after performing at the annual Outjo Wildsfees, they made their way to Walvis Bay, which is in another district.
The two were arrested by immigration officials and detained at the Narraville Police Station during their performance.

Boucher and Kleingeld appeared in the Walvis Bay Magistrate's Court, and each was fined N$3,000.
