LISTEN: Pink Floyd releases song with Ukrainian soldier

The legendary rock band Pink Floyd reunited to release a new single 'Hey Hey Rise Up' in support of the people of Ukraine.
Legendary rock band Pink Floyd has released a new single, 'Hey Hey Rise Up' for the first time since 1994. The song was released in support of the people of Ukraine.

Ukrainian musician Andriy Khlyvnyuk contributed vocals to the new song. Khlyvnyuk has been wounded while serving in the Ukrainian Army in their fight against Russian forces. According to the band, all proceeds from the single will go to the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund.

When Russia invaded Ukraine in February this year, Khlyvnyuk decided to cut short his US tour and return to his homeland, where he took up arms against Moscow’s military forces.
