South Africa, meet your new local drag queen - Zille Vanilla…
For the past three weeks, South Africans have been treated to a brand-new one-of-a-kind talk show, 'Die Tollie & Manila Show'.
The show brings popular South African drag queens Tollie Parton and Manila von Teez up close and personal with South African celebrities for open and honest conversations, fun games, and non-stop entertainment.

The best part of it all, however, is that each celebrity undergoes a drag transformation before the interview.
In the third week of the show, politician and Chairperson of the Federal Council of the Democratic Alliance, Helen Zille, joined the drag duo for a candid conversation and stunning full drag transformation.
While looking as fabulous as ever, Zille Vanilla (her drag name) addressed a variety of topics, from her motivation for going into politics and her thoughts on her political enemies to her unapologetic opinions about the current political landscape.
"I want to challenge everyone to say their say, even if it’s unpopular," Zille told Tollie and Manila.
Zille revealed that she believes you must try everything once, and although being transformed into a drag queen was "scary", she enjoyed the novelty of the experience and realised she is extremely comfortable just being herself.
