Martin Bester was full of surprises on Thursday morning when he surprised Liesl Laurie and Elma Smit with something that would make them unfreeze and get ready for the Discovery Jacaranda FM Spring Walk.
Ryley and Damian from Magic Mike SA joined the Breakfast team in studio to make Liesl and Elma blush.
They also took time out to give fitness tips ahead of the Discovery Jacaranda FM Springwalk.

You can expect walks and runs for all levels – a 5k walk and run, a 10k walk and run, and a 15k walk. There’ll be a Mini Mile for the kids, a range of food trucks, TV screens for the rugby, the coolest live entertainment line-up, and tons of extras to chill you out and warm you up.
