New McDonald's 'Happy Meal' now available for adults
McDonald's has announced that it will launch a 'Happy Meal' specifically for adults and customers can expect a nostalgic new toy to come with it!
If there's one thing that gets any child and some adults, for that matter, excited, it's the famous 'Happy Meal'.
The exciting launch comes after the mega-corporation's collaboration with Cactus Plant Flea Market, a fashion and product line.

Cactus Plant Flea Market is known for being a favourite amongst hip-hop artists like Kanye West, Tyler the Creator and Pharrell.
According to Today, McD's will offer "its most popular menu items available in the bigger-sized box for adult appetites."
Customers can pick between a Big Mac meal or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets meal, both coming with fries and a drink.

Undoubtedly, the most exciting part of the Happy Meal is the free toy that comes along with it.
The new 'Happy Meal' will include one of four collectable figurines designed by Cactus Plant Flea Market.

These figurines include three of the brand's famous characters; the Grimace, the Hamburglar, and Birdie, and a new "toy friend": Cactus Buddy!

Tariq Hassan, McDonald’s USA chief marketing and customer experience officer, said that they're "taking one of the most nostalgic McDonald’s experiences and literally repackaging it in a new way that’s hyper-relevant for our adult fans".
Customers will be able to purchase the Happy Meal from 3 October 2022, but unfortunately, South Africans might have to wait a little longer before a similar 'adult-Happy Meal' is available for purchase.
