This will be the largest and most ambitious conservation project in history, with construction starting in August 2020. The £5-billion development is supported by His Majesty The King of the Zulus and leader of the region, Inkosi Tembe, under uMkhanyakude District.
Located by the coast, it will include the largest aquarium in the world, 30-storey geodomes that will recreate the environment of every continent in the world, from the Arctic to the Amazon rainforests, the Great Barrier Reef to every corner of the planet.
Founded by businessmen and entrepreneurs Richard and Hein Prinsloo Curson, Noah’s Ark will include birds, animals, marine life, insects, reptiles - literally every species alive.
