Lockdown has evoked many emotions in South Africans, so how do you keep motivating yourself during the pandemic?
The COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown measures put in place in South Africa and globally to prevent the spread of the disease have had a huge impact on our mental health.
Lockdown has evoked diverse emotions in South Africans. Grief, anger, denial, and confusion have been experienced by many people, and an increase in anxiety, depression, and feelings of distress have been reported..
There are also changes in children's emotional states and behaviour during the lockdown.

How are you staying motivated during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Jannie Putter was the mental coach at the Blue Bulls for an extraordinary successful period of five years (2006 – 2010) when they won the Super 14 three times. He performs as a motivational speaker on various areas of life.
