Clinical psychologist 'DrD' joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to advise on how to handle fear and emotional stress during the national lockdown and coronavirus pandemic.
South Africa reported that its number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus jumped to 709 on Wednesday from 554 the previous day, an increase of 28 percent.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak in South Africa, President Cyril Ramaphosa announced a national lockdown for 21 days.
This is causing stress for many South Africans.
Clinical psychologist Dorianne Weil, also known as 'DrD', joined Breakfast with Martin Bester telephonically to share advice on how to remain calm during this pandemic.

Internationally-renowned development and relationship expert ‘DrD’ - Dorianne Weil, is bringing her expertise to a new podcast series.

Weil, who famously served as an expert psychologist during the Oscar Pistorius trial, has interviewed the likes of Mother Theresa, Bishop Desmond Tutu, and the Dalai Lama.
