With tasting notes of jasmine, lemongrass, apricot, and litchi, this coffee offers a unique and refined experience.

Available in South Africa through Father Coffee, this rare varietal is grown at 1,930 metres above sea level in Cauca, Colombia.
According to BusinessTech, Bermudez, a highly regarded coffee producer, developed this method in response to critiques of his fermentation techniques.
Using zeolite, a natural mineral with high absorption properties, and a vacuum drying process, he preserves the full essence of the coffee cherry while minimising fermentation.
Brewed through the meticulous Origami process, warm water is poured in stages over the grounds, passing through a frozen metal ball to eliminate acidity and bitterness.
Warm water is poured onto the coffee 50 grams at a time at 30-second intervals.

The result is a light, tea-like coffee served in wine glasses to enhance its delicate flavours.
