Robber tries his luck in Centurion and fails miserably
Surveillance footage has captured a robber trying his luck robbing a youngster and coming off second best.
There are hundreds of bungled robberies in South Africa, but not everyone is lucky to escape unharmed.
This CCTV footage is of an attempted robbery at a petrol station in Centurion.
Shortly after the attempted robbery, the criminal is attacked by two other men. The distraught youngster, who was initially attacked, can be seen sitting on the pavement in front of the convenience shop, checking his injuries and regaining his composure.

Not all robberies end in this manner, so be prepared to take your safety seriously this festive season.
