Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
Rugby player Warren Whiteley joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to explain why sports stars should take on the 'Handshake Challenge.'
Tennis is well-known for players shaking hands out of respect before a match.
In other sports, players tend to only shake hands after the match.
A friend of the Breakfast with Martin Bester show, tennis legend John Lafnie-de Jager, started the 'Handshake Challenge'.
Springbok rugby player Warren Whiteley joined Martin Bester to encourage this movement in every sport.
