Our beautiful country has much to offer, but nothing quite as unique as having five of the best skinny-dipping spots in the world!
According to Times Live, South Africa has managed to make the list of one of the countries with the best spots to go skinny-dipping.
This comes after the dating reviews website, MyDatingAdviser.com, ranked the top skinny-dipping locations in the world.

The study conducted by the dating website compared a hundred nude beaches across the globe and found that South Africa is home to some of the best.
According to News 24, the study used seven key metrics to measure how skinny-dipping-friendly these places were.
That is:
- Pollution
- Blue Flag status
- Weather
- Air temperature
- Water temperature
- Safety
- Hotel costs
“We then ranked the top skinny dipping locations in South Africa. This study considered the beach quality, safety, weather, and lodging,” says Amy Pritchett of My Dating Adviser.
Five South African locations measured well enough in the ‘Skinny Dipping Index Score’ to make the worldwide list.
