South Africans are fuming after seeing SANDF members smoking.
South Africans are expected to pay their last respects to the late struggle stalwart Andrew Mlangeni when he is laid to rest on Wednesday.
The Riviona trialist, who spent 26 years on Robben Island, died a week ago at 1 Military Hospital in Thaba Tshwane after complaining of abdominal pain.
Former president Thabo Mbeki will be part of the program alongside President Cyril Ramaphosa.

However, the focus shifted as Twitter users spotted SANDF officials smoking.
This after Minister of Police Bheki Cele announced that anyone found smoking in public would need to produce a receipt to prove when and where their cigarettes were purchased.
