Martin Bester gave listeners the opportunity to enter and they could have entered for any type of surgery or reconstructive procedure.

Barbara was one of the finalist an she was in desperate need for a breast reduction.
She was severely bullied in school for being different. From a young age, she was not happy with how she looked like.
An emotional Barbara told Breakfast with Martin Bester with tears welling in her eyes: "I will be able to play with my children and my entire life would change. I lost 22kg because I thought my breasts would also shrink."After the win of Marischa, we received a phone call from Caring Daisies who will pay for Barbara's surgery.
