We hear about phones and items being stolen every single day, but we don’t often see the hero who stops the thieves in their tracks.

A video has been shared on social media of what seems to be a security guard stopping the man who allegedly stole a cellphone in Hoofd Street, Braamfontein.

The man got stopped in his tracks and social media could not compliment the hero enough.
