Spur launches its first drive-thru in Pretoria!

Are you ready to order your favourite burgers, delicious ribs, chicken wings, and mouth-watering onion rings while in your pyjamas? The first drive-thru, situated in Karenspark in Pretoria, will offer just that!
Spur Corporation’s new CEO, Val Nichas, will adapt the model of the restaurant group to deal with the reality of dining under COVID-19 restrictions. The Spur Corporation experienced a 40% decline in first-half sales.

Drive-thru formats will be introduced to the RocoMamas and Spur franchises, and a drive-thru, click and collect option for Bento franchises.
Chief executive Val Nichas said: “We are extremely excited to be launching the Spur brand into the drive-thru category, we are most grateful for the tremendous efforts of our internal teams and for the trust and partnership of our franchisee partner, Charles Fourie and his broader team.”
