#StayAtHomeLive: Loki Rothman performs live from his house in Belville
With a string of awards behind his name, Loki Rothman is by no means a newcomer to the South African music industry.
Loki Rothman joined Breakfast with Martin Bestertelephonically from his house in Bellville, Cape Town.
He is in lockdown with his cats and says it is a blessing to have a studio set-up at his house.
On March 20, 2020, the singer and guitar expert released his debut African solo album, Op My Pad.
Op My Pad has been walking with Loki for the past three years.
Without a deadline, he could write an Afrikaans album where each song has a meaning and story.
With relationships as the main theme for the album, Loki was also inspired by his personal experiences and the music he recently composed for movies and series such as 'Vergeet My Nie' and 'Tydelik Terminaal'.
