Desmond Koolen
After young Desmond Koolen went viral on social media, Breakfast with Martin Bester made it their mission to help little Desi meet his rugby heroes Siya Kolisi and Cheslin Kolbe, and, well, it happened!

Little Dircko Jansen van Nieuwenhuizenm, also known as Klein Kwagga, visited Breakfast with Martin Bester after he went viral for dancing to Bernice West's 'Lyfie'. Martin Bester also arranged for Klein Kwagga to meet one of his heroes - Robbie Wessels.

MMA star Dricus du Plessis left South Africans feeling proud after his victory over Australian Robert Whittaker in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) earlier in July.
Du Plessis won the fight with a technical knockout in the second round.
Caster Semenya
South African Olympic and World Champion Caster Semenya spoke to Breakfast with Martin Bester about her new memoir, 'The Race To Be Myself'.
The book also explores how she was banned from the sport she loved because she was labelled 'different'.
Jeremiah Sibiya
The 22-year-old petrol attendant went viral on social media when videos of him singing to motorists filling up their cars were spread far and wide.
Sibiya joined Breakfast with Martin Bester earlier in 2023 to perform his rendition of John Legend's 'Ordinary People'.
He also ended up performing at this year's Jacaranda Day.

Natasha Joubert
Miss South Africa 2023 Natasha Joubert joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to discuss her Miss SA journey following her crowning on Sunday, 13 August.
South Africa’s brand new Miss SA was crowned at the Sun Bet Arena in Pretoria.
Joubert shared her joy of receiving the crown and her struggle with depression after she represented South Africa in the Miss Universe competition in 2021.
