According to the Telegraph the colour has been described as ‘fluorescent yellow, chartreuse, lime green however the official colour for tournament balls is “optic yellow’”
Roger Federer, who is currently ranked world No. 1 in men's singles tennis, finally settled the argument by saying they are… yellow!

It has nothing to do with colour blindness but more about perception!
