These are the five signs your partner is 'micro-cheating'

Micro-cheating is the new buzzword that has been taking over social media, but what is it really? 

According to LADBible, 'micro-cheating' refers to subtle actions that could possibly breach trust between you and your partner but do not lead to physical cheating.

Examples of this could be regularly liking other people's photos on social media or deleting messages that could come across as flirty. 

"Whatever sneaky thing it is that you're getting up to that suggests you've got your eyes elsewhere and that your partner probably wouldn't approve of, it's probably classed as micro-cheating."

TikToker Borgan Perry, who often shares content related to relationships and cheating, recently shared five things she feels is 'micro-cheating'.

These include: 

1. Hiding messages from your partner
2. Flirting with other people. 
3. Speaking about your relationship issues with someone of the opposite sex. 
4. Being friends with your ex. 
5. Liking 'sexy' photos on others' social media.

"Communication is definitely the biggest thing you need in a relationship for one to work," wrote the TikToker. 

"Once you stop communicating over issues such as the ones mentioned in the video, the relationship won't work."
