UK judge rules that calling a man "bald" is sexual harassment

A United Kingdom judge has ruled that calling a man bald counts as sexual harassment.
After sharing their own experience of hair loss, a judge has decided that calling a man "bald" counts as sexual harassment.

It was argued that baldness is more prevalent in men than in women, relating it to a "protected characteristic of sex".
According to CNBC, the tribunal compared commenting on a man's baldness to commenting on a women's breast size.

The ruling was published on Wednesday following the case of Tony Finn, an ex electrician for the British Bung Manufacturing Company.
According to Finn, he was called a "bald c---" and was also threatened by his supervisor at his previous job.
