Helicopter footage captured the frightening moment a civilian police volunteer collapsed after being stung by an angry swarm of bees
According to Fox 11, the man was attacked in the Enico neighbourhood in Los Angeles by a swarm of bees that had been terrorising the area.

The video footage shows the man rushing to climb into his marked police vehicle when the bees swarmed him.
The man, identified by reports as Gary, can be seen swatting over his head and desperately trying to get away from the bees.
After being repeatedly stung, Gary loses his balance and falls to the ground, resulting in him smashing his head against the ground.

He is then seen helplessly crawling on the ground, struggling to get himself off the ground.
Izak Kharrazi told from Valley Honey & Bee, an insect removal company, told CBS News: “This is not a normal behaviour for these bees to be this angry, to want to kill you.”
According to the New York Post, another man who was working on a house in the area also suffered multiple bee stings.
