WeBuyCars talks to Martin Bester about buying the TicketPro Dome

The TicketPro Dome will permanently close in its capacity as a big events venue.

The question on everyone’s lips on Wednesday, 22 July, was: “Who bought the Dome?”
One of the biggest secondhand car dealerships in South Africa, WeBuyCars, confirmed on Breakfast with Martin Bester that they have acquired the TicketPro Dome!

WeBuyCars said in a statement: “We have always been proud of our roots, and this next step in our expansion plan demonstrates our commitment to the South African car market, which has significant growth potential.”
WeBuyCars CEO, Faan van der Walt, joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to chat about their acquisition of the Dome in Northriding as their brand-new showroom.

Faan interestingly said: "The Dome was originally meant to be a car showroom so we won't be be changing a lot to the premises."
The premises will store approximately 1,500 vehicles.
