Did Martin Bester find a treasure with his new metal detector?

Due to the long weekend being spent indoors, Martin Bester found a new hobby!
The Breakfast show host recently purchased a metal detector upon moving into his new house in Irene, Centurion.
He went on an adventure with his dogs to see if there might be a hidden treasure buried under the ground many years ago!
Metal detectors work by transmitting an electromagnetic field from the search coil into the ground.

Any metal objects (targets) within the electromagnetic field will become energised and retransmit an electromagnetic field of their own.
