A Smeg store officially opened its doors in Constantia Village in Cape Town.
The Italian brand Smeg is one of the most-popular brands in South Africa. Their retro-styled appliances can be the statement pieces in the kitchen.
Smeg launched one of the first gas cookers with an automatic switch-on function in the late 1950s.

Capetonians are super excited as the county’s first Smeg stand-alone store opened in Constantia.
However, there is one item in the store that raised eyebrows.
The beautiful hand painted Dolce&Gabbana-styled fridge will cost you R1.3-million!

But you're in luck as the store has a sale! The fridge is now retailing for R999,999.99.
