Cox became the first American woman without arms to get her pilot's licence. However, it doesn't stop there.
Cox can also play the piano, drive a car, and now fly a plane - with her feet!
Plus she's a certified scuba diver and has a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo. That is very impressive!
