This is a first-of-its-kind cyber farting case...
In a bizarre case, a woman has been sentenced after sending multiple videos of herself farting to her boyfriend's ex-partner.
The case, dubbed the first of its kind in cyber farting, has left many both shocked and amused.
According to BBC News, Rhiannon Evans, a 25-year-old shop worker from Caernarfon, Gwynedd, pleaded guilty to harassment after bombarding Deborah Prytherch with unsolicited "fart selfies."

Prosecutors detailed how Evans recorded herself and proceeded "to pass gas by placing the camera on her bottom and passing the gas," sending the clips via WhatsApp.

She sent three more fart selfies on 22 December, with at least four more sent in the days that followed—each featuring Evans smiling at the camera while proudly releasing gas.
Despite police intervention, she continued her campaign on Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
While the case may sound comical, magistrates took it seriously.
"She suggested she wanted to send videos because she felt her partner was being treated unfairly," said prosecutor Diane Williams.
"It was purely malicious. She was smirking throughout, found it hilarious, but the victim didn't."
Her defence lawyer, Harriet Gorst, suggested the fart videos were not intended to cause harm, though they were clearly unwelcome. The court also heard that Evans had a difficult upbringing and struggles with mental health issues.

The court sentenced Evans to a 12-month community order, including 15 rehabilitation sessions and 60 days of alcohol abstinence monitoring.
She was also issued a two-year restraining order, prohibiting contact with Prytherch. Additionally, she must pay £100 (R2,305) in compensation and £199 (R4,587) in legal costs.
