This might sound like a joke, but you can read all about it on their website!
Their website confirms: “Name your child Twifia or Twifius and your family will surf the web 18 years for free. Just upload a photo of your child's birth certificate issued by the register office. Upon verification you'll get free internet from Twifi for 18 years.”
