Who said eating with chopsticks is exclusively for certain Asian and Asian-inspired foods?
One young man has left South Africans amused after a video of him eating pap with chopsticks was shared on social media.

The video, which was shared on TikTok, shows the boy sitting around a table eating pap, wors, and gravy.
Although he insists on eating his pap with chopsticks, he doesn't seem very successful in his pursuit.
Even though the boy seems adamant about eating with the chopsticks, he isn't quite able to pick up the pap without lifting the whole lot from the plate.

The video posted by @itss_thammie on TikTok has been viewed more than 800,000 times and garnered more than 38,000 likes.

It wasn't only the chopsticks that drew attention, as a person eating a plate full of meat with a knife and fork also caught the viewers' attention.
"The one that's eating only meat would be me," said one user.
"Okay but the person eating meat only?"
"Okay there's a lot going on at the table!"
"Pap aside…the meat on the first plate is diabolical."
