In a video shared on Twitter, Adele spoke about how she always wears Spanx, or shapewear, during her show and tends to get quite sweaty.

According to Mayo Clinic, jock itch is "a fungal skin infection that causes an itchy rash in warm, moist areas of the body. The rash often affects the groin and inner thighs and may be shaped like a ring. The condition is also called tinea cruris."
Hopefully, the singer has fully recovered, and this situation is now just 'Water Under The Bridge.'
