He and his wife of 27 years, Tana, are parents to five children, Megan (25), twins Holly and Jack (23), Tilly (21), and Oscar (four).
While you might think these children are set to inherit a fair share of wealth one day, unfortunately for them Ramsay has firmly decided against it.

Ramsay has been very outspoken about how he has raised his children and the fact that he had to work hard to get to the level of success he enjoys today.
Most notably the chef has said that he and his wife enjoy flying first class when travelling but the kids do not get to embrace the same luxury.
They haven’t worked anywhere near hard enough to afford that. I have got to keep it real with the kids. And also I think just getting kids at the age of five, six and seven, used to first class and those big seats, they do not need the space, they get entertainment on their iPads. So I like to think about what you can do with the money when you land, rather than paying out thousands of dollars for eight, nine ten-year-olds to sit in first class. I do not want them sat there with a 10 course f***ing menu with champagne. I am not embarrassed. It is my wife [Tana] and I’s choice to discipline them and to keep them real.- Gordon Ramsay

Ramsay has made it clear that the kids don't mind their parents not spoiling them and that it's not because he is trying to be mean about it.
He and his wife had also made an arrangement that they would contribute to their kids' first flat:
The only thing I’ve agreed with Tana is they get a 25 per cent deposit on a flat, but not the whole flat.- Gordon Ramsay
His kids are older now, and have their own careers, so they might be treating themselves to those first-class flights now.
