Distraught student shares struggles of studying with loadshedding

has had serious effects on South Africans’ lives, but this young student
explains the struggle of trying to get an education in this environment.
Gift Kelton Bozekana took to social media to share his frustration with the ongoing loadshedding crisis.

Bozekana made a video in which he explains that students are going to fail this year because the consistent loadshedding means that their laptops die frequently.
Bozekana said in his video: “Eskom, our laptops are like fridges. They only work when they are plugged in… we are going to fail this year.”

Other students also lamented the situation and commented: “It's 5 hours of loadshedding plus online class, then there's this Wi-Fi that disconnect when it's loadingshedding.”
