Adele revealed that she needed therapy five times a day after her divorce. How did you cope after your divorce?
In 2021, the award-winning singer, Adele, got candid about her divorce as she graced the cover of Vogue.
"I was just going through the motions and I wasn't happy. Neither of us did anything wrong. Neither of us hurt each other or anything like that. I was just - I want my son to see me really love, and be loved. It's really important to me. I've been on my journey to find my true happiness ever since."

Adele filed for divorce in 2019 from Simon Konecki. The couple was married for three years.
She recently opened up about her divorce again.
During one of her 'Weekends With Adele' concerts in Las Vegas, Adele opened up about doing therapy "basically five times a day" after her divorce.
